Ebury's challenges

Ebury, a leader in foreign exchange (FX) and international payments, partners with us to meet their ambitious hiring goals. Since 2022, we work closely to build a strong collaboration, grounded in a shared vision of attracting top talent to fuel their growth.

This partnership faces significant challenges. The recruitment market is highly competitive, with many companies vying for the same pool of junior sales professionals. Additionally, Ebury’s specialized FX focus requires candidates who quickly master complex products and effectively communicate their value. To support growth across the Netherlands and Belgium, we consistently deliver a pipeline of high-quality hires, filling crucial roles such as Business Developers and Partnerships Managers.
