We are looking for someone who likes to build from the group up. You would be our very first Account Executive, so we need someone who isn’t afraid of the unknown with a successful track record in up- and cross-selling.
As a Account Executive you are tasked with renewing and expanding revenue within existing customers. Your account set will mostly comprise of large Enterprises. The initial deal size that is closed by our Account Executives varies between €10K and €200K, and it is your job to significantly increase that. Often we will have done a deal in one part of the world and you will want to turn these local projects into global contracts.
You work closely with our Customer Success team, who is responsible for onboarding, adoption and engagement. They work with your accounts on a day-to-day basis and will work with you to create referral opportunities.
However, you see referrals as a bonus. You are responsible for creating your own opportunities by prospecting within your set of accounts.

Afterwards you open Hubspot (your CRM and single source of truth) and go through your tasks for the day. You dive right into it, spend an hour prospecting, prepare an ExCo presentation, and send a renewal quote.
After a delicious lunch in our office with the team, you get back to your desk and find an email that was forwarded by one of our Customer Success Managers. It’s from IKEA! They have loved our partnership in Europe and now have introduced us to their HR counterparts in the US to talk about an expansion opportunity. You give your contact person a call and find out that word has spread and they now want to upskill their entire HR organization. You set up a call with the US team for next week, together with our Customer Success Manager who is assigned to the account. You also plan in time to prepare for the next steps as this will be a complex sell with many stakeholders.
You then run a demo with a couple of HR directors who heard about the great work we are doing with their colleagues in Asia. You learn that they have a strategic initiative to become more data-driven, and show them how they can do that using AIHR’s platform. Before you know it, it’s the end of the day.
