AIHR is looking for a full-time New Business Account Executive to join our sales team. Join and help us shape the future of the HR industry!
As an Account Executive, you are tasked with committing new customers. That means everything that needs to be done: meetings, demos, negotiations, and value building. You will engage in conversations with prospective customers from all around the world – in various industries. What they have in common is that they are all interested in training their HR teams.
You will work closely with our team of SDRs who will provide you with a steady stream of opportunities to work on. However, you are also expected to drive your own pipe. The deals you close range from €5k to €100k ARR.

You arrive at the office in the morning. After a brief chat with your colleagues, you grab a cup of coffee, start your computer, check your calendar for meetings, and prepare the day around the calls and online meetings you have planned with your customers.
You write down your top 3 goals you want to achieve that day in preparation for your stand-up meeting with the sales team.
Next, you open Hubspot (your CRM and single source of truth) and go through your tasks for the day. You dive right into it, spend an hour prospecting, prepare a presentation, and send a quote.
After a great lunch in our office with the team, you get back to your desk and find a Slack from one of the SDRs. You’re asked to jump on a live call with an international shipping company from Oslo. They are interested in our offering and want to move fast. You have a quick conversation and book a follow-up for the next day.
You then run a demo with a couple of HR directors who heard about the great work we are doing with their suppliers. You learn that they have a strategic initiative to become more data-driven and show them how they can do that using AIHR’s training. It’s a far more complex opportunity than the one in Hong Kong - this will take a few more meetings. Before you know it, it’s the end of the day.
