The main responsibility is the product onboarding, as the main pillar for building customer success, by structuring client processes and make them fit our products in the best way possible for their organization. Other responsibilities are configurations, change requests, migrations, product expert support (second line), product training, product feedback.

Your excellent listening skills and ability to work well cross-functionally allow you to gather the necessary feedback and use it for the better (improving processes, trainings or the product).
