You are diligent, succinct in communication, diplomatic and constantly tracking and securing progress. You are hyper-focused on achieving the set goals.
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in software or HR tech.
A good understanding of how human resources work. A strong drive to close deals and achieving your targets. Strong listening skills and conscientiousness are important. Skills to create and manage different commercial phases and processes and optimize the sales cycle where needed.
A sense of responsibility towards the improvement of Product & Service, working closely with the other teams – Implementation, Operations, Marketing & Customer Success. Excellent oral and written skills in both English.
