You have 6+ years of business development experience involving complex products ór complex stakeholders (e.g. multinationals)

You understand our customer - either because you have worked with HR professionals before, or because you love the segment and are naturally in sync with their challenges

You thrive in and enjoy the dynamics of a fast-growing scale-up and you are highly adaptive to a fast-paced environment

You are fluent in Dutch & English

In the past, you have sold to or maintained commercial relationships with decision-makers in the field of Human Resources / Learning & Development
