As Customer Success Expert you will be the main point of contact for our artisans in your market.
In a first phase, you will create a tailor-made webshop in close contact with the customer itself, guiding him in the process. You will be fully in charge of this project and be their single point of contact.
In the second phase, after launch, your job will consist out of 3 parts. First of all, you will stay their personal expert in the digital world and you will help them if they have any question.
Secondly, being their digital guide, you will lead the way and show them how they can apply our services in the best possible way.
Thirdly, you will gather feedback of your clients, translate it into technical requirements and make proposals to the management team on how we can improve our services.
