As customer success manager at Knowliah, you are responsible for the implementation of Knowliah ONE. You will provide support to users, engage in account management, through upselling and monitor the usage of assigned customers.
€45.000 - €65.000 base salary

Fluent in Dutch, French and English, in word and writing. Other European language is a plus
2+ years of customer success experience managing over 50+ customers or Support, or Key Account Manager experience, preferably within SaaS
IT knowledge and exceptional customer and client experience focus
You enjoy working with people and can translate customer needs into processes + you are a planner who know how to keep an overview of different projects
You communicate fluently, have the ability to influence through persuasion and negotiation and have a track record of delivering value to a large customer base
We provide organizations with the software and support they need to enable their corporate legal teams to contribute to EBITDA and deliver and demonstrate business value.

As customer success manager at Knowliah, you are responsible for the implementation of Knowliah ONE. You will provide support to users, engage in account management, through upselling and monitor the usage of assigned customers.
