Your key role is to help the customers to maximize their adoption of LeadDesk solutions. The role is to be a hands-on expert and a project manager during the most critical phases of our customers’ journey. A successful Customer Success Manager is able to joggle between problem-solving, consulting, coordination, communication, and sales-like priorities in her/his daily work.
