You are pro-active, not afraid to take initiative, and like the idea of autonomously setting up novel projects;
An excellent command of the Dutch and English languages...French would also be convenient, but not necessary.

Talk with our clients about what success means for them – how do they measure success? How does this relate to their strategy?
Make sure that our clients feel like we understand them – discuss with them what their priorities, goals, challenges are for both short- and long-term. What are their key milestones for reaching those goals?
Perform monthly check-ins with our clients to discuss whether there is anything we can assist them in. You will use customer success tools (e.g. customer health check, performance dashboard) as input for those meetings.
Further develop our customer success tools. You will be developing e-learnings of our products together with our developers, as well as providing input for our customer health score tool.
Continuously collaborate with our support department. They are the eyes and ears of our company, so you will regularly listen to their feedback related to client sentiment.
