Collecting and organizing feedback from our customers in order to help improve the platform is an important part of your role. Next to this, you will create content (articles or videos) to make our customers be more self-sufficient.
We have over 1400 customers, ranging from smaller agencies to very large (corporate) organizations. This results in a big variety of people and questions, from design to technical questions.
