5+ years of experience in a B2B sales role, with a minimum 3+ years selling in the enterprise sales space, ideally selling SaaS solutions.
Proven ability to grow new revenue from prospecting to close in a territory with large- to enterprise-level customers.
A proven ability and track record to grow revenue within existing customers + experience working with internal functions such as marketing, business, and product teams to find solutions for new and existing customers.
Experience setting goals and priorities for the business; you hold yourself and others accountable, and you do what is needed to ensure that we deliver excellence + Adaptable to changing conditions and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
Fluent English (spoken, written, including reporting skills) and if you also speak Dutch that's a plus, but not mandatory + must have a valid working permit to work in NL (and must not require further visa sponsorship after / when / if visa work permit expires – e.g., we unfortunately cannot support employees on “1 year orientation visa
