As our Knowledge Specialist, you are the keeper and central hub of our knowledge library. Your goal is to make sure that our Customers are provided with the right know-how and information to use Rentman. Our software is constantly evolving and therefore, it’s important that our public Support Center and documentation on all the changes are updated regularly. You make sure that our change-logs updates happen right after we release a new feature and you publish articles, providing information about that new release. This way, our customer has all the information they need to use the software to its best. Next to that, you are responsible for improving team knowledge on new releases.
