You will be end-to-end responsible for the automation and integrations theme on our roadmap, such as automating training planning, rolling out self-service tools for clients, and opening our learning platform for integrations with existing learning systems.
We want you to challenge existing processes to check where it makes more sense to adjust a process instead of automating what we do, and weighing business value against development effort to prioritize projects.
You’ll be the Product Owner of our kick-ass Automation squad (development team), working in an agile environment using Scrum. Over time, you could become the lead of multiple squads overseeing the automation and integration part of our roadmap from a Product perspective.
