Experience in providing technical support or customer service, preferably in a multilingual environment, with a focus on CRM and API-related technologies.

Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships, improving business opportunities, and engaging partners in upselling activities.

Fluent proficiency in Flemish OR French, and English, both written and verbal + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset with the ability to proactively gather insights from data and drive intelligent usage tracking initiatives.
