Your mission is to coach and work with Agile teams, guiding them towards enhanced agility and perpetual improvements. This includes a true understanding of servant leadership which aims at empowering the teams making them self-organized, while helping them to become high performing. You have elaborate knowledge and experience in applying Scrum, Kanban, Lean and scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, hybrid).
You are able to make a hard call or simply give critical feedback, you’re not afraid of being the unpopular-guy at times.
You are able to design (e.g. using Liberating Structures) and facilitate sessions and workshops.
