You need to be able to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customers and prospects. As a candidate you need to be customer centric and aim for value creation in your relationship with the customer. The
senior sales manager needs to be hands-on, and has the capacity to build and lead the sales team over time, when the sales funnel justifies further sales capacity expansion.
