You play an important role in training and coaching the team and help the team to further develop their skills. The Customer Success team is one of Rentman’s newest teams and consists of an international team of 5 colleagues. You ensure that the entire team achieves individual and team targets in a happy way and work to improve the team’s knowledge level, identify growth potential and onboard new employees.
Next to that, you focus on improving the relationship with their customers worldwide as a Customer Success Manager. You help our customers to get the best out of the software, help customers with switching to the new licence structure and look for upselling opportunities. With your langugage skills, you will help English speaking and another focus language (Spanish, French, German, Dutch or Italian) speaking customers.
