As our Implementation Specialist, you are responsible for supporting new and existing clients
during onboarding and implementation. You understand our customer’s business goals and
translate them into successful project plans in order for them to achieve using Colect’s platform
during the initial onboarding.
You will manage a portfolio of customer implementation projects, ensuring successful and timely completion of each project. You will assist customers to navigate the technical aspects of the
onboarding process and help them quickly identify potential issues to escalate them
appropriately, ensuring the best possible experience during the onboarding period.You identify and drive efficiency in the onboarding process by developing best practices and
process improvements.
