Project Planning and Coordination:

• Coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing & Sales, Delivery and Support teams, to ensure alignment and project success.

• Oversee the execution of automation projects, ensuring adherence to project plans.

• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.

• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

• Identify potential project risks and pro-actively address these with mitigating actions.

• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.

  Financial Management:

• Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost control.

• Prepare financial reports and forecasts, identifying any budgetary concerns.

• Approve expenditures and authorize payments within the scope of the project.
  
  
  Client and Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues.

• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review project status and milestones.
