What skills do you have?

  • 🧑‍🎓Education. Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • 🔧 3-5 years of proven experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Fluent in Dutch or French and English; other languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing, content marketing, and email marketing strategies.
  • A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to execute on new ideas quickly.
  • Passionate about sustainability and making a positive environmental impact through innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

  • Our platform provides best-in-class tools to ingest/upload, assess and curate and iterate on the organization's activity data to establish their environmental footprints, while integrating seamlessly with our customers ' workflows. This helps sustainability teams to establish reliable and comprehensive environmental footprints faster. We often work closely with our customers’ sustainability teams, and ship new features fast. Customers include niche food & beverage companies to large enterprises, with collaboration across their suppliers.

ClimateCamp aims to expand its clientele, catering to both larger and smaller breweries committed to sustainability.

a day at ClimateCamp

Your main tasks

  • As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute growth marketing strategies aimed at driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for ClimateCamp.
  • You will own and optimise paid media, SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns, ensuring brand visibility and effective lead nurturing across the marketing funnel.
  • You will join a dynamic (mostly remote) team of engineers, creatives, scientists and business minds that want to work hard, and enjoy ourselves while doing so.
  • You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives and product updates.
  • You will continuously run A/B tests and experiments to enhance campaign performance, conversion rates, and overall ROI, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • You will manage marketing tools like HubSpot, build targeted customer segmentation strategies, and create effective campaigns to engage and convert the right audience.
