What skills do you have?

  • Bachelors or Masters degree. 

  • 5+ years B2B SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven track record of successful growth strategies and campaigns .

  • Fluent in English; other languages are a nice bonus .

  • Ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

  • Deep knowledge of paid advertising and social media.

  • Track record in Account Based Marketing campaigns.

  • Experience with HubSpot, analytics tools, and marketing automation.

a day at SpeakUp

Your main tasks

  • Establish growth strategies to support SpeakUp’s revenue goals 
  • Plan, execute, and optimise People Intouch’s paid campaigns to maximize Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) 
  • Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels, including Google, LinkedIn, Xing, Bing, and display to drive revenue and increase ROI 
  • Have the creative ability to craft beautiful and enriching content in collaboration with the marketing team to enhance your campaigns
  • Work together with external agency to optimise the delivery of your campaigns and discover new audiences 
  • Initiate improvements to optimise the full funnel approach (Lead > MQL > SQL > Opp > Deal) 
  • Continuously test and iterate your learnings to find the best multi-channel paid mix 
  • Analyse data to monitor revenue performance across all marketing channels and uncover areas for improvement
  • Support outbound efforts, notably via media campaigns (list warming), to optimise the outreach process and pipeline management for our sales team
