Jean Waucquez and Ben Huybrechts flew back from Japan together, where they had both worked for several years and had gotten to know each other. During the flight, they came up with the idea of starting a business together in Belgium: a system for virtual property viewings to help Japanese expats find a home or office.
Gradually, they began offering this service to real estate agencies as well. Through frequent interactions with clients, they realized that real estate agents were all seeking a solution that didn't yet exist: an online platform that could be easily accessed, updated, and synchronized across all workstations. The two founders decided to develop this solution themselves.
