What skills do you have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a
    plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Performance Marketer, Growth Marketer, or
    similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google
    Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Experience with PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and display
    advertising.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in
    a team-oriented environment.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
    simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Company information

  • UAB-Online optimises marine operations in liquid bulk shipping. It does this by offering a platform for vessels, barges, terminals and other stakeholders to align operations for docking, inspection, unloading and loading of liquid bulk cargo. Liquid bulk is used to describe unpackaged liquids carried in large volumes, such as gasoline, cooking oil, lubricants, acids.
  • The platform offers work flows, streamlined forms, secured range limits, and documents all the agreed parameters between parties. Agreed documents are digitally signed and archived. The platform is ISO27001 compliant and is offered as Software-as-a-Service. 
  • The platform aims to facilitate all communication between all stakeholders involved in the visit of a ship to the terminal. It does so by implementing flows, streamlining forms that need to be filled in, checking range limits, and documenting the agreed parameters. Agreed documents are digitally signed by involved parties and are archived.

About
UAB-Online 

UAB-Online was established in 2010 in response to a clear demand from the industry itself. The concept for a fully integrated application emerged after a consultancy and research firm, an industry & transport discussion group, a shipbroker, and a terminal operator came together.

Our application offers a wide range of features; for maritime operations, these include pre-arrival notifications, ISGOTT 6 compliance, and document exchange among various stakeholders. 

For inland navigation, the application provides features such as pre-arrival notifications, the ADN Checklist, CDNI certificate, and the VOW agreement.


UAB-Online's headquarters is located in Mijdrecht. Recently, they have opened a new office in Rotterdam. There are excellent hybrid and even almost fully remote work options. The goal is for everyone to be present at the Mijdrecht office once a week. For the rest of the time, you are flexible to work from wherever you prefer. This can be in Mijdrecht, Rotterdam, or comfortably from home.

Your main tasks

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive user
    acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Utilise a variety of marketing channels including paid search (Google Ads), social
    media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads), email marketing, display
    advertising, and affiliate marketing to achieve growth targets.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable
    insights to optimise campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign
    performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and sales to align marketing efforts with overall
    business goals and product launches.
  • Manage and optimise marketing budgets to maximise efficiency and achieve growth
    objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure
    UAB-Online remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to integrate SEO and content
    strategies with paid media campaigns for holistic growth.
  • Support the Marketing and Communications Specialist in amplifying PR and
    communication efforts through paid channels.
