What skills do you have?

  • Technical profile: knowledge of Python and APIs is wanted.
  • Experience in support is a plus, but not a must.
  • Strong affinity with tech and the tech industry.
  • Good problem solving, organizational and listening skill.
  • Be communicative and like customer contact.
  • Thirst for knowledge; you love challenges and are eager to learn new things. Moreover, you want to understand the different technologies used to have a good overall view of the solution.
  • Curious & Resourceful: You love challenges, are eager to learn, and want a holistic view of the solution.
  • Startup Enthusiast: You’re open-minded, enjoy collaboration, and embrace the fast-paced, “rock and roll” startup environment.
  • Having an ownership and "doer" spirit: the small size of the team will allow you to take the lead on different subjects

Our story:

Idea & Envy:
Henry & Matthieu developed a low code platform as a hobby during their spare time. 
Gauthier was selling integration projects to SME's. They noticed that integrations were a mess for European SME's. They joined forces to tackle this challenge

Finding the way:
‍Firstly, they wanted to offer a low-code platform to help integration companies to be more effective.
However, they noticed the growing  demand from SaaS vendors. They pivoted from the platform to a unified API coupled with a nice developer tool. This quickly became viral in the SaaS industry.

Founded in 2022:
The company was founded and quickly raised funds to address the market in several countries.

European coverage:
The objective is to be the European leader in financial integrations.
Chift is already active in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK.

An example of
a day at Chift

Your main tasks

  • You will have a key role in our company as you will be in direct relation with our customers helping them to enjoy a perfect ride with Chift. We are looking for someone who is willing to take on responsibilities with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving end-user problems. 
  • Support of our customers & 2nd line support for end-users.
  • Helping new customers to onboard smoothly.
  • Handle tickets related to issue with our applications such as sync issues and api issues.
  • Troubleshooting
  • Improve our processes & procedures related to support 
  • Documentation of problems & solutions, helping to build the perfect self-service portal for customers
