What skills do you have?

  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
  • Available for at least 32 hours per week.
  • Has an MBO, HBO, or WO (bachelor) degree
  • Customer- and solution-oriented
  • Quick to adapt and accurate
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing

Your main tasks

  • You are the first point of contact for clients and partners, handling inquiries via email, chat, or phone promptly.

  • You work on various projects to improve the user experience and streamline processes.

  • You help develop the platform by suggesting product improvements based on customer feedback; you collaborate closely with the product team and the Customer Success Manager for this.

  • You contribute ideas for improving our services to elevate customer satisfaction.
