What skills do you have?

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer success role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Based in the Netherlands and speak Dutch fluently.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to foster trust and connect with clients.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting customer feedback and engagement data to drive improvements.
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, where agility and adaptability are essential.
  • Knowledge of customer success tools such as HubSpot, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar platforms.

Your main tasks

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, making sure they fully understand our platform and feel confident using its features.
  • Bridge the gap between clients and internal teams, ensuring that valuable customer feedback directly informs product improvements.
  • Drive product adoption through creative training sessions, webinars, events, and hands-on support that inspire enthusiasm.
  • Monitor client health metrics, proactively tackle churn risks, and implement strategies that build long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
