As a Customer Success Advisor, you are the primary contact for our (inter)national customers and therefore the business card of our company. Customers are your number one priority and familiarizing users with our platform is something you are cut out for. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our customers during their projects on our platform, and this gives you energy!
Working closely with the Customer Success Manager, you will provide expert guidance to our customers on how to best utilize our platform to support their specific needs and deals. You will analyze customer situations where they require our help and expertise. Your strength lies in identifying their challenges and collaboratively finding effective solutions.
