  • Native-level German and fluent English (spoken and written), Dutch is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management,
  • Experience supporting enterprise clients in Retail, DIY, Food, Household or Textile
  • Strong commercial thinking with a consultative and client-centric mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • A structured, self-driven, and proactive working style
  • Comfortable handling complexity and fast-changing environments
  • Analytical mindset with a strong eye for detail
  • Genuine interest in sustainability, supply chains, and ESG goals
  • Experience with CRM, SaaS platforms, or customer lifecycle tools

chains. We're seeking a strategic, experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) with a strong
affinity for retail and a solid background working with enterprise clients in the DACH region.


You are more than a liaison, you are a strategic partner to our clients. You'll drive onboarding,
long-term adoption, and measurable value for retailers in sectors such as DIY, Food, Household,
and Textiles. You know the operational and compliance pain points of these industries inside out
and will be able advise clients effectively on topics such as product compliance, supply chain
transparency, and sustainability.

Your main tasks

  • You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the DACH market. Your work will directly
    influence both our customers’ impact and the evolution of our services.
  • Serve as the strategic advisor for German-speaking key accounts (retail, DIY, household,
    food/textile)
  • Drive adoption and usage of ImpactBuying’s digital platforms and services
  • Proactively demonstrate and measure ROI across sustainability and compliance goals
  • Lead onboarding, stakeholder alignment, and ongoing success planning
  • Deliver product demos, business reviews, and workshops with confidence
  • Maintain CRM data and monitor KPIs, milestones, and renewal timelines
  • Translate industry insights into actionable upsell and growth opportunities
  • Act as a key feedback loop to Product, Tech, and Consulting teams
  • Improve documentation and onboarding flows to optimize client experience
  • Stay up to date on environmental, social, and quality compliance topics
  • Manage client escalations and ensure satisfaction through every stage
  • Turn satisfied clients into ambassadors, referrals, and case studies
