We are looking for a customer success manager who possesses a strong drive for results. You are
part of the customer facing team. The CSM is the first point of contact from the customer and can
translate the requirements from the customer into the opportunities Impact buying offers.
Focusing on the business outcomes and identifying new opportunities for growth within your
accounts.
Duties for the Customer Success Manager will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining
ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to
sales, onboarding and training clients and minimizing churn. You will develop and maintain close
relationships with management, product adoption sponsors, and/or key stakeholders throughout
the customer lifecycle.
Successful candidates must be social, analytical and have commercial skills to be able to
communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Customer Success Manager should engage with
customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our customer base. Expert
communication & presentation skills with a high-level of comfort delivering consultative
recommendations to executives & management teams. Self-starter with ability to manage time
and prioritize competing demands.
