PayBIX
Paybix offers a SaaS payroll and Core HR platform (Epix) that unifies and digitizes multi-country payroll. Epix can connect with any in-country payroll provider (ICP) in any country and can be used as a single touch platform for all your cross-country payroll input and reporting. The exchange of data between the platform and the local payroll systems is fully digitized and localized. As such our platform eliminates the need for local front ends and makes the back and forth e-mailing of Excel sheets between the employer and the ICPs a thing of the past.
As a software alone, Epix brings substantial economies of scale in the payroll function and deep granular insights in the international workforce and labour cost.
When combined with the Managed Payroll Services (MPS) of our own partner ICP network, the customer gets access to additional vendor management benefits such as one commercial agreement template with harmonized pricing and service delivery across 30 European countries (EU27 + Norway, Switzerland and UK) and one single commercial point of contact. All our partner ICPs have been selected on easy accessibility combined with a high service level and a shared commitment to 100% ACT (Accuracy, Compliance and Timeliness).
