Owlie was built on transparency. And so we chose to always recruit using our clients company name. We want to be open about the company we recruit for and share all relevant information with our network of candidates.
Together we create an honest and elaborate job description on Owliejobs.com. The job description contains information regarding the organisation, the job itself, responsibilities, goals and expectations. All supported by photo, video and employee feedback.
Managing expectations early on will lead to a smooth process of which both candidate and employer benefit.
Step 2: Owlie Recruitment
Owlie recruits talent. We’ll search and select candidates via proactive recruitment, the Owlie job board and the use of recruitment marketing. We’re your brand ambassador.
Step 3: Owlie jobmarketing
We use jobmarketing to reach both active and passive job seekers on the channels they love to use. By doing so we attract talent and work on improving your employer brand.
