What skills do you have?

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Communicate in Dutch and English , proficiency in French is an advantage.

You have a passion for sales and are tech-savvy.

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for communication and a drive to achieve targets.

Experience with CRM software and MS Office.

An example of
a day at Connecting-Expertise
Your main tasks
-
Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and setting up appointments with potential customers.

Conduct high-volume prospecting (30-60 daily activities) to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
-
Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities.

Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our products/services.

Track and manage prospecting, qualification, and lead management activities in our CRM-system: Hubspot.

Regularly update and maintain prospecting and pipeline reports.
-
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead-generation processes.
-
We'll give you more responsibilities as soon as you get a grip on this process.
