What skills do you have?
Basic qualifications:
-
German is your native language
-
Professional-level English is a must
-
1+ years of experience in a similar commercial role

Bachelor's or Master's degree
Preferred qualifications:

You have a strong understanding of the e-commerce and online retail landscape
-
Experience with online (CRM) tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive

Living in the Eindhoven area

a day at Returnless
Your main tasks

You will follow up on inbound leads generated through our marketing campaigns and partnerships.

Additionally, you’ll develop your own leads based on an ideal customer profile list that you can create yourself.

You understand how your sales funnel is structured and can manage your deals in a structured way, leading to happy customers!

You qualify your leads, identify their pain points, and also pay attention to where they are in their decision-making process and how decisions are made within their organization.

Just smooth talking? Not at all. With our return platform, you can walk through the platform live with your leads. Together with your contact person, you validate all return challenges and ensure the deal can be closed.

As the first point of contact, you’re the one who hears firsthand what’s happening with customers. That’s why you enjoy collaborating closely with marketing and providing valuable input for our product roadmap.
