What skills do you have?
-
Entrepreneurial mindset and excited about innovation and the opportunities for digitization in the logistics industry;
-
Minimal 3 years business development or sales experience in enterprise software applications based on SaaS business model, including selling to corporate customers with multiple stakeholders;
-
Strong understanding of SaaS sales process, including pricing models, decision making process, legal terms and funnel management.

Preferably experience in the pharmaceutical logistics / cold chain industry, with a relevant industry network and successful sales track record;
-
Drive and ambition to further develop your professional skills and grow your responsibilities

Strong analytical skills and attention to details;

Team player, people oriented, with excellent communication skills;

Bachelor or Masters degree in a relevant field;

Fluent in English;

Validaide’s mission is to “Be the industry standard for digital risk management of pharma networks” and has developed a unique software solution to achieve this mission. On one hand Validaide is a platform where 100s of logistics companies globally can define, maintain and share their so-called ‘capabilities’ in handling healthcare products (storage, transport) conceptually similar to e.g. how one defines and shares their resume on LinkedIn. On top of that dataset and enriched with a variety of third-party information – such as Climate data, Flight Schedules, Historical Weather Data, etc. – they offer a solution to digitise the creation, maintenance, and collaboration of so-called Lane Risk Assessments (LRA). Having an LRA in place is a requirement from the Good Distribution Practices (GDP) that govern the transport of healthcare products.

We are looking for an (international) Enterprise Sales Manager with a successful track record in enterprise SaaS sales. In this exciting role you work closely with the co-founders and colleagues to define and realize the next growth phase for our company. Your main goal is to grow our business by prospecting, selling and closing business opportunities for the Validaide SaaS platform with international pharmaceutical and logistics companies. You manage the sales process with new clients and help us to further develop our sales & marketing processes.

Validaide supports pharmaceutical logistics service providers in transporting valuable and sensitive pharmaceutical products using their data-sharing Capability Platform and data-driven Lane Assessments and Lane SOPs. a your Responsibilities
Your main tasks

Manage the activities of Customer Success Managers, combining commercial activities such as follow-up on inquiries from the website, support, and follow-up on trials.

The majority of our clients are enterprise-level and international. You will primarily interact with these clients, making you an active participant in the international market.

Ensure the process of trials is optimized, measure and analyze trial conversion rates, and implement improvements as needed.

Prospect new business opportunities for our Validaide software platform, particularly with pharmaceutical manufacturers and global freight forwarders.

Develop, present, and close commercial agreements with clients, including the legal terms & conditions for the delivery of our SaaS platform.

Understand digitization and developments within the pharma logistics ecosystem, including manufacturers, logistics providers, packaging providers, and software vendors. Use your insights to further define our product and service roadmap and drive our commercial strategy.

Support our marketing activities, including online marketing efforts and participation in industry conferences.
