What skills do you have?
-
Minimum 5 years in a senior sales role, focusing on new business within B2B markets (EdTech, SaaS, or technology preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
-
Full proficiency in English (verbal and written), Dutch is a plus.

Understanding of SaaS products, technology, or software sales.

Willingness to get involved and add value to various aspects of our company.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and achieving targets.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to drive new business development for Cirrus Assessment in the European market. This role is pivotal to our growth strategy, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals. As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll work closely with our marketing and customer success teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with our growth goals.

a day at Cirrus Assessment
Your main tasks
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education, certification, and professional development sectors across Europe.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach sales targets, aligning with Cirrus’ overall growth objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies as necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to refine our product offering and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management, ensuring transparency in sales activities and results.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively seek feedback and stay updated on industry best practices, incorporating them into sales strategies and processes.
- Negotiation and Closing: Prepare and deliver proposals, RFP responses, and contracts. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
- Business Travel: international business travel to meet with clients, attend events, and expand our market presence.
