What skills do you have?

Je komt uit België of kent de Belgische politiek goed;
-
Je hebt een diploma op minimaal universitair-niveau of kunt ons uitleggen waarom je zonder diploma op dat denkniveau zit;
-
Hebt 0-3 jaar werkervaring
-
Je hebt ervaring in het bedienen van klanten;
-
Een energieke en flexibele houding;
-
Je graag met innovatieve software oplosingen werkt;
-
Ervaring of affiniteit met de politiek is een grote pré.

Your main tasks

Nieuwe klanten enthousiasmeren voor het gebruik van Polpo binnen de Belgische markt.

Relatiebeheer: onderhouden van contact met bestaande klanten en zorgen voor een optimale klantervaring.

Training geven aan nieuwe én bestaande klanten over het gebruik van het Polpo-platform.
-
Aanspreekpunt zijn voor interne en externe vragen rondom het gebruik van Polpo en de klantrelaties.
-
Kansen signaleren bij bestaande klanten voor uitbreiding of verdieping van de samenwerking.
-
Nieuwe zakelijke kansen oppakken door leads te genereren en potentiële klanten te benaderen.
-
Opbouwen en beheren van een eigen klantenportfolio in België.
-
Zelfstandig een effectieve aanpak ontwikkelen om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen en doelstellingen te behalen.
