What skills do you have?
-
🧑🎓Education. Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or a related field.
-
🔧 5+ years of proven experience in a sales leadership role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
-
Fluent in Dutch or French and English; other languages are a plus.
-
Strong knowledge of the sustainability sector or climate tech is a plus.
-
Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
-
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and sustainability directors.

Data-driven mindset, with experience using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) and leveraging sales analytics to drive decision-making and strategy optimisation.

Strong organisational skills to manage sales cycles, pipelines, and team performance effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Customers include niche food & beverage companies to large enterprises, with collaboration across their suppliers.

Your main tasks

As a Sales Leader, you will develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion, aligning with ClimateCamp's mission to decarbonise value chains.

You will lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious targets and ensuring individual and team success.
-
You will build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including sustainability directors and C-suite executives, securing large-scale partnerships that support sustainable growth.
-
You will work closely with the leadership team to refine our go-to-market strategy, adjust pricing models, and respond to market feedback.

You will own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting, providing actionable insights to optimise performance and support data-driven decision-making.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, high retention rates, and overall customer satisfaction, while driving long-term business growth.
