What skills do you have?
-
Bachelor or Master level degree, preferably in a business oriented field.
-
Track record of 5 or more years of successful services sales experience in SaaS or Tech.
-
C1 level Dutch, French and English language skills.
-
Strong affinity with Finance and Administration processes is a big plus.
-
A hunter mentality with a passion for seeking out new business opportunities.
-
A desire to work hard, innovate, and grow—both personally and professionally.

Fitek was founded in 1995 and originally started as a provider of print and document management solutions in Latvia. Over the years, the company evolved into a specialist in e-invoicing, document automation, and digital financial processes.
The company built a strong presence in the Baltic states but was also active in other European countries, including Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania, and the United Kingdom.

Your main tasks
-
Proactively find and pursue new sales leads, identifying opportunities in new and existing markets.
-
From lead generation to closing deals, manage every aspect of the sales process with a hunter mentality.
-
Secure new business by delivering compelling product demos and closing SaaS service contracts.
-
Establish connections with decision-makers, including CFOs and senior finance leaders in mostly mid-sized organizations.
-
Work alongside product, marketing and customer success teams to develop sales strategies and proposals.
-
Represent Fitek at seminars, conferences and industry events, promoting our innovative
solutions to new prospects. -
Strategically allocate budget for targeted campaigns and drive brand visibility.
