What skills do you have?
-
Bachelor degree in Business administration or a similar commercial field.
-
A strong background in software or payment solution sales with a demonstrable track record of success, specifically in the DACH region.
-
Deep understanding of the DACH region’s fintech landscape, with existing relationships among key players in the market.
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-
Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities.
-
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
-
Technical insight and interest in payment solutions and technologies.
-
Team player with a proactive and independent work attitude.

Comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter) for professional networking, content creation, and industry engagement.

For our DACH market, we are currently looking for a business development Manager. You will be focusing on state-of-the-art payment systems, ranging from white-label e-commerce platforms to eco-friendly solutions for unattended kiosks and EMV payment gateways. In this dynamic job you will play a crucial role in growing XPP’s footprint by attracting new clients through targeted business development activities, relationship management, and innovative marketing strategies.
KUARIO provides cloud-based, seamless payment solutions for various environments. It offers open and closed-loop payments for the higher education sector, vending, catering, and printing, and optimised printing and scanning in public libraries for effortless document handling.
Smart Payments in Public Transport

a day at XPP
Your main tasks
-
Lead the charge in expanding XPP's presence in the DACH region by acquiring new clients and deepening relationships within the international fintech market.

Promote and sell XPP’s diverse range of omnichannel payment solutions.
-
Play an active role in marketing campaigns, leveraging your expertise to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
-
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and market propositions that resonate with target audiences.

Work in close alignment with XPP’s Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), vertical sales teams, and partner sales groups.

Maintain strong relationships with other companies in the XMDS group to build cross-company propositions.

Maintain strong relationships with
decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within the fintech space such as clients, prospects and press. -
Position yourself as an opinion leader in the industry by leveraging events, exhibitions, and social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, X).

Actively participate in content creation and trend analysis, keeping the XPP brand at the forefront of industry discussions.
