A company laptop and phone are provided. Additionally, you will receive a travel allowance and 25 vacation days.

Engaige is an Utrecht-based startup founded in 2023. The company develops AI-driven software that enhances the efficiency of customer service teams by autonomously handling complex interactions. Instead of traditional, rule-based chatbots, Engaige offers an emotionally intelligent AI agent capable of completing tasks from start to finish, such as processing refunds or investigating deliveries.

The platform integrates with various information systems, including CRM and ERP systems, and retrieves information from sources like website content, product data, and internal documentation. Through this integration, the AI agent can reason and make decisions based on relevant information and processes, without relying on rigid decision trees or intent recognition through text analysis.

In 2024, Engaige raised €1 million in a funding round led by the Graduate Entrepreneur Fund, with participation from Mamadoo Ventures, Keadyn, and several angel investors. This funding is aimed at accelerating the platform's international rollout and expanding the team.

The platform automates communication across multiple channels, such as chat, WhatsApp, and email, enabling businesses to automate tasks as a human employee would, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and achieving cost savings of up to 80%.

Build Toward Independence
Over time, take ownership of your own account set, transitioning into an Account Executive role.

Your main tasks
